    Join us for an engaging evening of networking and a lively discussion on the real impact of AI in banking and treasury - from smarter forecasting to automation and the trends redefining the industry.  

    Moderator:

    Vincent Iarocci – Vincent is Managing Director and Head of Treasury Solutions at TD Securities, bringing over 25 years of expertise in treasury solutions, corporate banking, and asset securitization.

    Before his distinguished career in finance, Vincent served as an Armoured Reconnaissance Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces and practiced law at Gowling Lafleur Henderson.

    Vincent holds a Juris Doctor (J.D) with a concentration in Taxation and an Honours degree in Chemistry from Western University, as well as a Master of Arts in War Studies from the Royal Military College of Canada. Vincent is also a CFA Charterholder.

    Panelists:

    David Dunford  David is a Partner at EY's Business Consulting practice and the National Leader of Corporate, Commercial and Small Business Banking team, based in Toronto.

    David's stellar career is built on more than 10 years of management consulting experience and over 20 years in retail and commercial banking, and includes executive roles at two of the top five Canadian banks.

    As a national leader, David spearheads programs that transform financial services, including lending, sales force and customer onboarding. He also leads programs in customer engagement, including priority segment strategy, omnichannel engagement and customer communication strategy.

    David holds a BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queen’s University, a MPhil degree in Management Studies from the University of Cambridge, and an MBA from INSEAD.

    Anthony Caterini – Anthony is a Senior Machine Learning Scientist, leading a team responsible for delivering models in the finance and trading space. 

    Prior to joining Layer 6, Anthony completed a PhD in the Department of Statistics at the University of Oxford, with a focus on statistical machine learning and generative modelling.  He also completed a BMath and MMath at the University of Waterloo, with several internships focused on finance and research.  

    Anthony has helped deliver over ten research papers to top conferences and journals whilst at Layer 6, focusing on the area of generative modelling, tabular data analysis, and anomaly detection.  

    Mayuren Ahilan – Mayuren is a seasoned finance professional with deep expertise in treasury management and capital markets. He currently serves as Senior Treasury Manager at ServiceNow following a similar role at George Weston Limited.

    His career includes experience as an Associate in Diversified Industries at BMO Financial Group, Senior Analyst in Business Restructuring at BDC, and Senior Consultant in Transfer Pricing at Deloitte Canada.

    Mayuren holds a Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management with a minor in Human Resource Management from the University of Waterloo and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA Ontario).
